Billing Rate: $100 per hour plus parts
At drop off you will pay a non-refundable diagnostic charge which is credited to final repair cost. To make it easier for us (and you) we set a repair cap which allows us to do the work required to fix your unit while it is on the bench. Our standard repair cap is $250. Most repairs fall below this limit in the $100 – $200 range. We may set a different repair cap for your unit depending on the circumstances. If after diagnosis the repair will exceed this cost threshold then we will contact you for authorization before work begins. Wait times vary depending on our backlog and we will provide an approximate lead time at drop off.
Rush Repairs
If you wish to have your unit serviced right away, we offer a rush repair option with a non-refundable or negotiable $100 Rush Service Fee. This fee is separate and not credited to final repair cost. A $250 or higher repair cap is required for all rush repairs. Your repair will be put on the bench immediately. This does not guarantee same day completion; only that we will start on it ASAP and give it the highest priority over other repairs. Typical turnaround is 1-3 business days.
NOTE: We have recently revised how we handle rush repairs due to customer confusion over the old system. Please be patient with us as we navigate how to handle time sensitive repairs with a large demand for our high-quality service!
Reservations
If you would like to make a reservation in our repair queue, please give us a call. We will collect your information and $50 diagnostic charge (per unit) by credit card over the phone or online secure checkout through Square. Keep in mind our diagnostic charge is non-refundable! You will receive a call and/or text message when we are ready for you to bring in your equipment for service. Work will begin on your equipment shortly after drop off.
Shop Supply Fee Disclosure
Each completed repair is subject to a 4% shop supply fee for non-itemized & necessary materials such as chemicals for cleaning. This charge & any applicable taxes are calculated separately which may not be reflected in your estimate.
