Billing Rate: $80 per hour plus parts. Only parts are subject to sales tax.
When you drop off your unit you will pay the diagnostic charge up front which is applied to the final repair cost. To make it easier for us (and you) we set a repair cost limit which allows us to do the work required to fix your unit while it is on the bench. Our standard repair cap is $200 which allows for up to 2 hours of labor and $40 worth of parts to be used to repair your unit. Many repairs fall in this cost range. We may set a different repair cap for your unit depending on the circumstances. If after diagnosis the repair will exceed this cost threshold then we will give you a call or email with an exact cost estimate.
