Appointments
To schedule a diagnosis please contact us by phone or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide instructions for bringing your equipment in for service. Work will begin after your equipment is received and we will contact you shortly with an estimate.
Estimates
When you drop off your unit for repair, a non-refundable diagnostic fee will be collected and credited toward the final repair cost. We will contact you with an estimate before the repair is performed. Below are typical repair costs based on amount of work required:
Minor Repair: ~$130 1 hour labor, up to $30 parts
Major Repair: ~$250 2 hours labor, up to $50 parts
Extensive Repair: ~$400 3 hours labor, up to $100 parts
Recaps & Full Restorations: $500+ prices vary
Rush Repairs
If you need your unit repaired as soon as possible, we offer a rush service for a non-refundable, non-negotiable $100 Rush Service Fee. This fee is separate from and is not applied toward the final repair cost.
Rush repairs receive the highest priority over other repairs. While rush service does not guarantee same-day completion, we will begin work immediately. Typical turnaround time is between 1 to 3 business days.
NOTE: The rush service fee is per unit and does not apply to multiple repairs at once.
Shop Supply Fee Disclosure
Each completed repair is subject to a 4% shop supply fee for non-itemized & necessary materials such as chemicals for cleaning. This charge & any applicable taxes are calculated separately which may not be reflected in your estimate.
